Who we are

Independent program

This is an independent study program. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Anthropic PBC. "Claude," "Anthropic," "Claude Certified Architect," "CCAF," and the Claude Certified Architect badge are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. Our content is not endorsed by Anthropic. We follow Anthropic's publicly available CCAF materials, including the Official Exam Guide.

No guarantee of results

Our materials are for educational purposes. We can't guarantee that you will pass any exam or earn any certification. Your success depends on your commitment to reviewing the materials provided, attending sessions, and putting in adequate effort. Exam content, format, and requirements are set by the exam provider and may change. Details on our "pass or come back free" policy will be published when the program launches.

Waitlist and webinars

Joining the waitlist or registering for a webinar is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Program details, pricing, and dates may change. Webinars may be recorded, and we may reschedule or cancel a session.

Purchases and refunds

Intensive: full refund before November 1, 2026, no questions asked. Email hello@get720.com. After the cohort starts, no refunds, but you can transfer once to the February 2027 cohort. Students who receive a refund aren't eligible for the "pass or come back free" policy. Details on our "pass or come back free" policy will be published when the program launches. Self-Study and Guided: cancel anytime inside Skool, or email hello@get720.com and we'll help. No refunds for partial months. Intensive payments are processed by Stripe. Self-Study and Guided are billed and managed by Skool.

Emails and text messages

We send marketing emails only if you agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We send text messages only to US phone numbers whose owners opted in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or text HELP to 830-521-5210 for assistance. All program content is owned by Shift Smart AI and its founders. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

Using this site

Use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't interfere with it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false information.

Limits on our responsibility

This site and our free materials are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Shift Smart AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
