Who we are

The Claude Certification Success Bootcamp (get720.com) is a program of Lubke Enterprises LLC, doing business as Shift Smart AI (shiftsmartai.com), 2400 McCullough Ave #15067, San Antonio, TX 78212, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Shift Smart AI. We are the company responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

• If you join our email list: your first name, email address, and country.
• If you register for a webinar: your full name, email address, country, and whether you have a technical background. If you are in the United States, you may also choose to give us your phone number.
• Your consent choices and the date and time you made them.
• If you take the readiness quiz and then sign up: your quiz score and readiness level.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type, pages visited, and your approximate location (country) based on your IP address.

Analytics and marketing technologies

We use your approximate location to limit analytics and marketing technologies to visitors in the United States. For those visitors, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and signups. It uses cookies and collects technical data like browser type and approximate location. We never send your name or email address to Google Analytics. We also use software and pixels that may collect your identifying information, pages you view, and other information for marketing purposes. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Location detection is not perfect, for example if you use a VPN.

How we use your information

• To send what you asked for: webinar confirmations, reminders, and replays.
• With your consent, to send emails about this program and related Shift Smart AI programs.
• With your consent, to send text messages (United States only).
• For visitors and contacts in the United States, to run paid advertising, retargeting, and search intent marketing campaigns.
• To improve our website and keep records of the choices you made.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We send text messages only to US phone numbers whose owners opted in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or text HELP to 830-521-5210 for assistance. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that run our website, email and messaging, analytics, and webinars. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Where your information is kept

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it, except for a basic record of your request and your past consent, which we keep to show we followed the law.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time. Children

This program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
